Do you still offer translation services?
No — much as we enjoyed the 10+ years we spent working with clients all over the world to help get articles and book chapters published, we’ve moved on and no longer offer this service. It was a lot of fun, but a combination of factors caused us to make this decision. First, all of our translation clients are overseas and in recent years the exchange rates were not favorable to anyone, it ended up being prohibitively expensive for our clients even though we were offering huge discounts on our end. Second, our other activities ended up becoming a much larger portion of our total business, so translating simply wasn’t economical for us.
If we handled a translation for you in the past we continue to stand by our work and we will provide minor changes or certificates of translation free of change.
How much do you charge?
Since every project is different, we provide custom services for each client. It’s best if you contact us at info@journaleditorsusa.com so we can discuss the options with you.
I found a lower price at a competitor. Can you match it?
We can try, but to be blunt, at this point we have little reason to attempt to compete on price. There are a number of companies out there who charge very little, usually by subcontracting the work to college students in third world countries. We have no interest in copying that business model. We offer professional services of the highest quality.

What is your Tax ID?
Our Tax Identification Number (also listed as Employer Identification Number) is 45-3539931.
Do you have a CNPJ/CPF?
No CNPJ, because we’re based in the United States and we do not have that system here. Our equivalent is the TIN/EIN number, 45-3539931. The CPF of the company owner, Nicholas Walker, is 017-883-086.80.
How can I submit payment?
All payments are processed securely using PayPal. You can pay using any international credit or debit card.
Can I pay using a bank/wire transfer?
We can accept that, but it almost always results in much higher fees for our clients. PayPal is better.
Do you have an official company seal?
Yes, from the Commonwealth of Virginia’s State Corporation Commission.
